Closest parking is on the Northwest side of Sikes Hall. There is a bay of entrance doors between the Arena, Sikes and Exhibit halls. From there the scoring room is located in the Lake Morton room. You will check your deer in at this location.

Go inside the building, to the trophy registration table located at the Lake Morton room. There, you will pay your entry fee and be given the necessary paperwork. Checkout Procedures

Checkout Process

All contest entries will be hung on display boards and must remain on display until released Sunday at 3:00 p.m. There are no check-outs whatsoever of any trophies between noon and 3:00 p.m. Sunday.

Early Checkouts

Early check-out (before noon Sunday) -- there will be a $10 early checkout fee per trophy. Early check-outs disrupt the measuring process and on Sunday disrupt the checking of entry lists to determine accuracy of filing, production of winner lists, and all other necessary wrap-up paperwork.
